They are looking to add a Program Manager to help deliver quality medical education live, print, web and digital programs that meet their pharmaceutical client’s needs. This person will have on-site meeting responsibilities to go along with some logistic work. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working at a medical communications firm. This individual will help guide the promotional medical education work for my NYC client. Strong client services skills, strategic capabilities and internal leadership are all attributes that my NYC client is seeking. Product knowledge is not specific but the ability to guide a client and manage an internal team is essential.

This CMO will oversee a new direction of how medical services can be most effective for the organization. He/she will improve upon the systems, growth outlets for medical services, mentoring programs, and new business capabilities. This individual will need to have either an MD, PhD or PharmD. Having medical direction experience, operations knowledge, new business presentations and strong leadership accomplishments are essential. This position reports into the President.
